Loans and Member Services Officer 

We are a small professional team at Merthyr Tydfil Borough Credit Union operating a financial service that makes a real difference in our community.

We offer:

✅ A 37 hour week (Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm & Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm)
✅ Competitive salary plus pension

We are looking for someone who has:

✅  excellent customer service skills;

✅  experience in financial services;

✅  credit control experience

✅  collection and lending knowledge

✅  office and computer-based administration expertise;
