ASDA

Keep hunger at bay during your weekly shop at ASDA, as children aged 16 and under can eat for £1 when dining at any time of day in Asda Cafés.

Children can access a hot or cold meal for just £1 and the retailer will now include a free piece of fruit such as and apple, pear or banana when purchasing the hot kids £1 meal deal. Alternatively, kids can have a £1 cold pick and mix selection that includes a sandwich, drink and piece of fruit, along with two treat items. Ella's baby food pouches are free for children under 18 months with any purchase.

BrewDog, Cardiff

Love a pub meal? Children can eat for free with a paying adult at BrewDog bars in England, Scotland and Wales. Items on the children's menu include cheese toasties, mac and cheese as well as pizza. The offer is available when you pre-book a table online and select the booking type "KIDS EAT FREE" with available dates varying by location.

Brewers Fayre

Fancy a free breakfast for your child at Brewers Fayre? If you order an adults' all-you-can-eat breakfast, you can scoff as much as you like from the pub restaurant’s cooked and continental selections, like crispy back bacon, hearty sausages, eggs, hash browns, cereal, chilled juices, tea, unlimited Costa Coffee and drinks – AND your kids eat free, too! Two children under 16 eat for free when one adult orders the £10.99 unlimited breakfast. See you in the queue!

Franco Manca, Church Street, Cardiff  - Sourdough Pizza

Running year round, children 12 and under receive a free kids pizza for every full-priced adult main meal, in selected pizzerias at Franco Manca from Mondays to Thursdays. Now, that's something to shout about.

Morrisons

Get a bargain family meal out while you do your weekly shop. Children under 16 eat free at Morrisons cafe all day, every day when an adult spends £5 or more on a meal.

Main meals for adults can be found on the menu under ‘The Breakfasts’, ‘The Classics’ or the 'Chippy’ but doesn't include 'The Sides' or 'The Sweet Treats'. The kids can then choose from popular classics like chicken nuggets or bangers and mash. The offer also applies to the kids 'Pick n Mix' meal deal from the fridge.

Paula Café @ Dunelm, Pontypridd - Kids get a free mini main, 2 snacks, and a drink with every £4 spend after 3pm.

Prezzo - If pasta and pizza always go down a treat with your family, at Prezzo restaurants, kids under 12 eat free from Sunday 9th February until Sunday 2nd March, apart from on Valentine’s Day.

Children will get a three-course meal, with choices including crispy fried mozzarella, garlic bread or vegetable sticks with dips for starters, a selection of kid-friendly pizzas, pastas and burgers for mains while the dessert menu features chocolate dippers, ice creams, sorbets and ice lollies.

Sainsbury's - Combine the weekly shop with lunch or dinner out at the Sainsbury's cafe, with the supermarket is offering a kid’s hot meal or kids lunch bag for £1 with the purchase of any adult hot main meal from £5.40 in all of its cafes.

TGI Fridays - Kids eat free all day everyday with the purchase of an adult main. To claim, you have to simply download their Stripes Rewards app – their customer loyalty scheme – to be able to claim the free meal. Kids menu options include chicken burgers, hot dogs and chicken tenders.

Tesco - Kids eat free with any adult purchase in Tesco Cafés and Tesco Coffee Shops for Clubcard holders on Monday to Friday during in half term.

Wales: Kids can enjoy a free meal with any adult purchase in The Café when dining in. From Monday 24th - Friday 28th February (excluding weekends. One free Kids Hot Meal Deal, Kids Breakfast or Kids Pick ‘n’ Mix deal per any adult item purchased in The Café for dine-in only, a child must be present. Clubcard/app required. 24/02/2025 - 28/02/2025. Monday – Friday only (excludes weekends).

Premier Inn

If your brood is up and out early, check out their breakfast deal. When an adult orders a full Premier Inn Breakfast – including freshly cooked bacon, eggs and hash browns – or a Meal Deal, up to two under 16s eat breakfast for free. 

Travelodge

Another great option if you're travelling or visiting family over the festive break, up to two children aged 15 and under eat breakfast free or for £1, per paying adult, each day. Breakfast times do vary depending on the hotel and this offer does not include Breakfast To Go.
