Corporate Account
Corporate Membership is for community groups and organisations, not individuals.
Businesses, charities, LLP’s, partnerships, sole traders and voluntary groups can become corporate members and place sums on deposit with the Credit Union.
Sums on deposit will attract the same dividend rate as individual members.
By depositing funds with us, rather than a High Street Bank, you are assured that your money is helping the local community.
To open an account for your group/organisation will need to fill in a Corporate Account Application Form
A copy of your constitution
A Merthyr Tydfil Borough Credit Union Corporate Account requires a minimum of one signatory, up to 3 additional signatories can be added.
Each signatory will need to provide:
- Proof of ID - Passport (valid in date), driving license (valid in date), DWP letter includes National Insurance Number.
- Proof of address - Utility bill, bank statement, Council Tax Bill (valid current year) or tenancy agreement.
If you would like to open a Corporate Account, you will need to call in to see us at 139 High Street, Merthyr Tydfil, CF47 8DN, Monday to Friday 9.30am tp 2.30pm with the above ID and your group/organisations constitution.
