Merthyr Tydfil Borough Credit Union is raising money for Children in Need 2024

To support disadvantaged children and young people right here in Wales and the UK this year we’re asking Members to guess the number of sweets in Pudsey’s jar to raise money for Children in Need.

Entries are 50p and you’ve got from Monday 11^th to Friday 15^th November to call into our office at 139 High Street in Merthyr  to guess and win the Jar of Sweets and a range of Merthyr Credit Union promotion items, including our famous piggy box! (pictured). Winner will be announced on Friday 15th November!

We are also raising money with our famous piggy boxes for £1 donation from today, so come and get them!

Credit Union staff will also be dressing up on Children in Need Day, Friday 15^th November to raise money, so why not pop in and see us and guess the number of sweets.

BBC Children in Need works throughout the year to ensure that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure childhood, and the chance to reach their full potential. It relies on the energy and commitment of thousands of fundraisers and supporters across the UK, who donate their time and money to put on events supporting the Appeal. Whether through cake sales, dress ups or quizzes, every penny of the money raised goes towards supporting projects across the UK.
