Annual General Meeting Update
Thank you to all of our members who attended this year’s AGM on 28th February 2024. It was great to see everyone and to share how we are continuing to support you all, your family and communities in our common bond area of Merthyr Tydfil, Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly and Rhondda, Cynon Taf.
At this year’s AGM our members agreed to approve a 0.5% dividend for the third year in a row. The dividend payments will be processed in the next few weeks and will be visible within your Share 1 account. If you want to check then log into the App or Online Banking on the website.
