Merthyr Tydfil Borough Credit Union now offers DocuSign e-signature

Members can now apply for a loan online and sign off on their loan using our NEW DocuSign feature, without visiting our office if ELIGIBLE ** and once approved, Members can provide an e-Signature on their Loan Credit Agreement sent to them and have the funds transferred directly into their account. *

1. Complete your loan application online via our App or website.
2. We aim to make a decision within 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
3. If your application is successful and you are ELIGIBLE, we will send a text to your mobile advising that you have documents to sign in your emails. Check Junk/Spam folder.
4. You can e-sign these documents from any electronic device; Mobile, Tablet, and P.C.
5. Once we receive your e-signed documents we will transfer the funds to your nominated bank/building society account.
